Chelsea Lovett, owner and designer at Modehaus Bridal based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, asked me to document her custom dressmaking process to showcase on her website. Chelsea wanted her clients to be able to know exactly the type of attention that they were going to be getting when they commission a custom gown. In this post you get to see how one custom gown comes to life, but it's one of many. You can visit her website at modehausbridal.com to check out her bridal collections as well as other custom gowns she has created.
I love working with small business and other artists to really showcase their brand through lifestyle images. Here is what working with Chelsea looks like... and yes, you want a custom gown.. I know I do!!! Make sure to look at all the images in the post, you also get to see how great a Modehaus gown would look on your wedding day. Hair and make up done by the fabulous Steph from SM Makeup Inc , seriously, she is your girl if you need hair and makeup!
December was cold, or at least the days that we had fun excursions planned. They were cut short or canceled because of the temps, so we opted inside this month for the Minnesota Project to one of our favorite places, The Science Museum of Minnesota. All 3 kids love it, and love discovering something new each time we go, as well as visiting the favorite exhibits.
Don't forget to follow the circle around to see what my fellow Minnesota photographers were up to this month. First up is Carrie Bayless and you will love seeing where she visited.
